For military families, the holidays may mean that one or more parent is away from home on duty or deployed. The Cape Cod Military Support Foundation’s Operation Santa Claus relieves some of the burden, and the Cape Symphony is proud to be a part of that effort.
Every December, CCMSF hosts a Holiday Party on Joint Base Cape Cod where close to a thousand children receive toys, can choose a gift for their parents, and enjoy pony rides, petting zoo, food, and pictures with Santa.
We so enjoyed supporting Operation Santa Claus last year, we decided to do it again! Don Cox of CCMSF described the happy faces of the children as they opened their presents donated by Cape Symphony customers. We so appreciate your generosity and we’re asking you to please consider being generous again this holiday season.
Please bring a new, unwrapped, packaged toy or a gift card to the Cape Symphony’s Holiday on the Cape concerts in December. You can also write a check to the Cape Cod Military Support Foundation, Inc., donate cash, or use a credit card at the concert or at ccmsfi.org.
