We’re excited to announce the eight talented performers who will perform with the Cape Symphony in The Tonys: Broadway’s Best. Not only are we going to present some of the most wonderful Tony-winning songs from throughout Broadway history, from the ‘50s to today, but we’re doing it with this highly skilled group of trained musical theatre players.

Massachusetts native Jonathan Acorn has had the good fortune to perform on many of New England’s most beloved stages. Most recently, he played the Emerson Colonial Theatre in the world premiere production of Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol. Jonathan has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Emerson College.

Darren Bunch has performed Off-Broadway in Ben, Virginia and Me: The Liberace Musical and City of Light. Other favorite roles include Benny in In The Heights, Paul in Kiss Me, Kate and Andy in The Scottsboro Boys. Darren is a Boston native and graduate of The Boston Conservatory of Music.

Aimee Doherty has performed with the Boston Pops and appeared at the Huntington Theatre and Lyric Stage Company. She is a two-time recipient of the Elliot Norton Award and of the IRNE Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical.

A Massachusetts native, Mark Linehan has starred as Tony in West Side Story, Professor Harold Hill in The Music Man, Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music, and Gaston in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at professional theaters across the Northeast. Mark also played the title role in the U.S. premiere of a new musical adaptation of Onegin last year.

Allsun O’Malley has spent many summers on the Cape and is thrilled to be back. She’s a native of Massachusetts. Alison has performed at Paper Mill Playhouse, the North Shore Music Theatre, and Theatre by the Sea, and has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State.

Originally from Rhode Island, Brad Foster Reinking is an award-winning actor, director, choreographer and theatre educator. Recently, he won the 2019 Indiana Harlan Award for Best Leading Actor as Frank ‘N’ Furter in The Rocky Horror Show at Wagon Wheel Theatre, starred as Lumiere in Disney's Beauty and the Beast at both Wheelock Family Theatre and Cape Cod Theatre Company, and celebrated his fourth season in A Christmas Carol at The Hanover Theatre.

Caitlin Rose is honored to be returning to the Cape Symphony stage. She appeared in 2019’s “The Very Best of Rogers and Hammerstein.” Caitlin is a graduate of The Boston Conservatory where she appeared in mainstage productions of Cabaret, The Cradle Will Rock, and Hair. Caitlin now lives in New York City and most recently appeared in the Lincoln Center’s 2019 Gala.

Lisa Yuen appeared on Broadway in the original company of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and in Miss Saigon. She performed in the national tours of Flower Drum Song, The King and I and The Pirates of Penzance. In addition to performing at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, Lisa has also appeared on Massachusetts stages, including Lyric Stage Company and the North Shore Music Theatre.
