This high-energy class is a blend of hip-hop and contemporary dance techniques with a heavy emphasis on hip-hop. Each class will include a full warm up, stretching and conditioning, and hip-hop basics, including popping and locking, waving, isolation, grooves, and breaking basics. Students can expect to do across-the-floor work and finish class with a combination. Combos will be to a wide variety of music including but not limited to classic hip-hop, R&B, pop, electronica, and alternative music artists.
