Fred Johnson


While in Falmouth Public Schools, he taught music theater, piano class, music technology, music theory, and history. He was the conductor of the now Falmouth Chorale (previously Falmouth Interfaith Choir) for 17 years. He completed his Music Education degree in Voice at the University of Iowa, has a Masters of Music in Voice from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and did post graduate studies in voice at The University of Illinois. Besides teaching voice and piano at the conservatory, he teaches chorus and drama for Project Forward at Cape Cod Community College and currently conducts choir for the Unitarian Universalist Church in Falmouth.

Mr. Johnson taught music in public schools for over 34 years including Falmouth Public Schools for 26 years.
