Since 2014, the Cape Conservatory's Jazz in the Schools program has presented free Jazz education performances to students across the region, from Falmouth to Provincetown. For many children, this is their first chance to hear live jazz music and participate in a program dedicated to jazz history and its cultural influence. The program is funded by grants from the Mid-Cape Cultural Council, Brotherton Trust, and the non-profit Provincetown Jazz Festival. Bart Weisman is the Program Director.

"The assembly was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much, Bart... This was a great opportunity and I know that the kids at Teaticket had a wonderful time."
- Emma O'Neil, Teaticket Elementary School
