Can I select my own seats and buy them online?
Yes, our online box office system lets you choose your own seats and buy tickets online.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are typically mailed to you within a week of placing your order, unless it’s within one week of a performance, in which case you will pick up your tickets at the Barnstable Performing Arts Center.
Where do I pick up my prepaid tickets on the day of the performance?
Tickets purchased up to one week prior to the performance will not be mailed. They will be available at the Barnstable Performing Arts Center beginning two hours before concert time at the "Will Call" table, located in the lobby of the Center.
Our seat numbers are not consecutive – are they next to each other?
At the Barnstable Performing Arts Center, seat numbers run in odd numbers on the right, even numbers on the left and 3-digit consecutive numbers in the center. For example: H2 & H4 are side by side.
What if I lose my tickets?
Call the Cape Symphony Box Office at 508.362.1111. If there is time, we can mail duplicate tickets, or you can pick them up at the "Will Call" table at the Performing Arts Center prior to the concert. If you cannot find your tickets on the day of the performance, simply check in at the Box Office at the Performing Arts Center, which opens two hours prior to the concert. We can look up your account and reprint your tickets.
What if I have tickets but cannot attend the concert?
You may exchange your seats for a $5 processing fee. Please call or visit the Box Office by 5:00 PM Friday before the concert you will miss, and we will be happy to exchange your tickets for any comparable seating at an upcoming concert this season.
You may also donate your tickets back for us to resell. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will issue you a tax-credit letter for the full face value of the donated tickets. You can donate your tickets back by visiting the Box Office, 1060 Falmouth Road, Hyannis or by visiting the Box Office at the Barnstable Performing Arts Center prior to the show. We can’t accept any tickets for tax deduction purposes after the concert has begun or passed.
Can I bring children to the concert?
The Cape Symphony welcomes children six years of age and older. Students (ages six to 22 years) receive 50% off individual ticket prices for any Cape Symphony performance. All children, regardless of age, must have their own tickets for all performances.
