Cape Symphony Home Cape Symphony - Cape Cod Live Orchestra Music

NOTEWORTHY EVENING OF CELEBRATION!
It's Barnstable’s birthday, and we’re in charge of the music.  So, we pulled a few strings and drummed up an orchestra! Then we called a few friends who could hit all the right notes. And, when it came to the gift, we had only one thought: a musical premier. What else do you get a town that has everything! Don’t miss this memorable evening of celebration, a once-in-a-lifetime event. Siobhan Magnus, our very own American Idol, and Grammy-nominated jazz artist, Kate McGarry are coming home to take us Somewhere Over the Rainbow with music you know and love, like When You Believe, Danny Boy, All My Tomorrows, and of course, Old Cape Cod.  You’ll also be the first to experience the Seven Faces of a Stone, composer Brett Abigaña's exquisite musical tribute to the seven villages of Barnstable. You will also hear from hometown poets, writers and actors and learn of other artists who have made contributions, as breathtaking as the landscape, to Barnstable’s rich history. Join us for a remarkable evening as we celebrate our town. After all, Barnstable only turns 375 once.
