When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will typically be mailed to you within a week of your order being placed. Student tickets may need to be picked up at the door for age verification.

Where do I pick up my prepaid tickets on the day of the performance?

Ticket orders received the week of a performance will not be mailed; the tickets will be available at the venue starting two hours before performance time at the "Will Call" table.

Our seat numbers are not consecutive – are they next to each other?

At the Barnstable Performing Arts Center, seat numbers run in odd numbers on the right, even numbers on the left and 3-digit consecutive numbers in the center. For example: H2 & H4 are side by side.
