Clarinet
Forget the three R’s, Mark is all about the three “C’s:” Clarinetist, Composer, Conductor. Cape Symphony’s principal clarinetist is also a member of the wind quintet Arcadian Winds. He conducts the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra’s Repertory Orchestra, the Boston University All-Campus Orchestra, and the chamber orchestra at the Community Music Center of Boston. Nationally acclaimed ensembles the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra and Arcadian Winds have performed his music. He holds degrees in composition and clarinet performance from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in composition from Boston University.
