Purchase Guidelines
- We require a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of two tickets to hold your tickets. The deposit will be credited towards your total balance.
- Final payment and a final ticket count are due three weeks prior to the concert date.
- Final payments may be made by one check, American Express, MasterCard, VISA or Discover.
- We will make every effort to seat the members of your group together.
- We are happy to make adjustments to your order until the time of final payment.
- Upon receipt of final payment, we will mail all tickets to your group leader or you can choose to have group members pick them up individually at the “Will Call” table in the lobby of the Barnstable Performing Arts Center.
- Tickets may not be returned or refunded once they are paid in full.
