Secret Planet Cape Cod is a co-production of Cape Symphony Presents and Narrowland Music. The Secret Planet series is an initiative rooted in a beloved NYC mini-fest and dedicated to promoting acoustic and traditional music, and the communities that sustain it. Together, we’re bringing a diverse array of phenomenal global artists to Cape Cod, nurturing cultural awareness, artistic excellence, and community connection.

Embark on a mesmerizing musical journey with Soundscape—an evening of Indian classical and folk music in the stunning acoustic setting of Wellfleet Preservation Hall.

Experience the rare opportunity to hear two internationally acclaimed artists up close: Kunal Gunjal, a Santoor virtuoso and disciple of the legendary Pt. Shivkumar Sharma, and Amit Kavthekar, a tabla master trained by Ustad Allarakha and Ustad Zakir Hussain. Together, they create a sonic landscape that is rich in rhythm, melody, and cultural heritage.

Both artists have graced prestigious stages worldwide and collaborated with icons across Indian classical, jazz, and world music. Their dynamic interplay of strings and percussion offers a spellbinding fusion of tradition and innovation, perfect for both seasoned listeners and curious newcomers.

The 2025/26 Secret Planet Series kicks off with a high-voltage night of global sound and unstoppable groove. Join us as Dogo du Togo & The Alagaa Beat Band light up the stage with their electrifying Alagaa Beat—a fusion of trance-inducing rhythms, soaring melodies, and boundary-breaking energy. 

Cape Symphony Presents and The Magic Message bring The Cape Cod Record Fair to Cape Symphony's Falmouth campus (60 Highfield Drive). Come dig through thousands of LPs, 45s, and tapes from dealers specializing in new and vintage records of all genres. DJs will spin tunes all day! Admission is just $3.

Percussionists Katalin La Favre and Brian Calhoon answer that question in this enchanting program, transforming Bach’s iconic keyboard masterpiece into a dazzling world of unusual timbres and shimmering textures.

Step into an intimate atmosphere as Glass Artists bring their dynamic quartet to the Orpheum for a Candlelight Concert. Founded by violinist Nikki Naghavi, Glass Artists features top young performers from the world’s leading conservatories, now making their mark on stages that celebrate artistry and innovation. With repertoire that bridges classical traditions and contemporary influences, the group’s performances highlight dazzling technical mastery and the passion and freshness of a new generation of chamber musicians.

Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Taylor Ashton brings his genre-defying blend of folk, indie, and Americana to the Orpheum. His latest album, Stranger To The Feeling, was recorded across a 4,000-mile road trip and captures the landscapes, friendships, and reflections of a cross-country journey.

Taylor’s performances are warm and inviting, with a spirit of connection and joy. He is quickly becoming one of the most distinctive voices in modern folk.
