During our upcoming Beethoven Unleashed concert, the talented musicians of the Cape Symphony will boldly perform without a conductor, unleashing the music of Beethoven directly to you! They’ll be relying on our guest artist, pianist Martina Filjak, and our concertmaster Jae Cosmos Lee to guide them through these masterpieces.

Our Artistic Director & Conductor Jung-Ho Pak selected these links especially for you. Enjoy!

32 Variations in C Minor is performed in this clip by Evgeny Kissin. Our guest artist, Martina Filjak, will perform this piece solo, and Piano Concerto No. 3 with the orchestra.

This performance of Piano Concerto No. 3 features Daniel Barenboim, arguably the world's greatest interpreter of Beethoven and certainly one of the best known, playing with the Royal Danish Orchestra.

Finally, Leonard Bernstein conducts the Vienna Philharmonic in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1.
