Family-friendly experience to include socially-distanced trick-or-treating, costume contest and live music

HYANNIS, MA—October 13, 2020

The Cape Symphony is pleased to announce an festive family-friendly event taking place on the day of Halloween. “Symphony Spooktacular” will include a no-contact, socially-distant trick-or-treating experience, a Halloween photo booth, a costume contest (with prizes for Scariest, Funniest, and Most Creative), giveaways, and live music from Cape Symphony musicians and CJazz, our youth and adults jazz ensemble.

The Cape Symphony & Conservatory is pleased to announce multiple opportunities for adults and youth to learn and play music this fall, both online and in-person at the Barnstable and Falmouth campuses. The Conservatory Preschool program in Barnstable has also added spaces for additional students. The fall term begins September 14.

Barnstable Performing Arts Center closed to outside organizations through June 2021

HYANNIS, MA—August 19, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020-21 Cape Symphony season will be rescheduled to 2021-22. This announcement is in response to the news that the Barnstable Public School buildings, including the Barnstable Performing Arts Center, will not be available to outside organizations during the 2020-21 school year.
