"Back Home Again - a Tribute to John Denver”, featuring Tom Becker and his band, bring back the foot-stomping fun of “Thank God, I’m a Country Boy”, the tenderness of "Annie’s Song”, and the sweeping grandeur of “Eagle and the Hawk" in an uplifting and powerful tribute to one of America’s most beloved singer/songwriters.
John Denver’s universal themes of home, family, love and nature, along with Tom’s personal anecdotes and observations from his career in folk music create a warm, humorous and uplifting experience.
Back Home Again offers the perfect blend of well-known and lesser-known Denver songs that are sure to please both new and long-time fans.
The performance also includes a few Denver-inspired original songs including, “Sailor”, selected by the US Navy as the Official Commemorative Song for the US Navy Memorial in Washington, DC.
