Cape Symphony will hold its first annual Family Arts Festival on Saturday, September 7, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at our West Barnstable campus (2235 Iyannough Road). The public is invited to meet our fabulous faculty, try our classes, and check out some musical instruments up close.

If you haven’t been to Devil’s Purse Brewing Co. in South Dennis on a Friday evening yet this summer, there are still plenty of Fridays left to fix that! Cape Symphony Presents brings friendly block party vibes to the patio every Friday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 PM with these outstanding artists:

Violinist Rhiannon Banerdt is a familiar presence on the Cape Symphony stage: she’s been our Assistant Concertmaster since 2015. She’s also a highly accomplished chamber musician and founding member of the award-winning Ulysses Quartet, a faculty member at Bloomingdale School of Music, an avid sci-fi fan, and an enthusiastic cook.

Cellist Norma Kelley brings a wealth of teaching and performing experience to the Cape Symphony faculty. She also knows first-hand that teachers change lives.
